RYAN
TRAVEL
Effective Date: 1 May
2026
ImmiPlus
Pty Ltd (ABN 18 627 756 370) trading as RYAN TRAVEL (“RYAN TRAVEL”, “we”, “us”,
“our”)
By making a
booking with us (in-store, by phone, email, online via our website or app), you
confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms
and Conditions in full. These Terms apply to all bookings and form the
entire basis of the contract between you and us.
You must
not proceed with any booking unless you accept these Terms in full.
1. Our
Role
We provide Booking
& Advisory Services only. We act solely as an agent for
Third-Party Travel Providers. Your contract for any Travel Product is directly
with the relevant provider. We have no control over their performance, quality,
safety, or availability.
2.
Bookings Involving Minors (Under 18 Years)
- You warrant that if you are
booking for, or on behalf of, any person under the age of 18 (“Minor”),
you have full legal authority as their parent or legal guardian to make
the booking and accept these Terms and Conditions on their behalf.
- Where a Minor aged 12–17
years is making a booking or collecting travel documents themselves
(even if payment was made by a parent/guardian), we rely on the
representation that they have the necessary authority and consent from a
parent or legal guardian.
- We reserve the right to request
proof of age, parental consent, or guardianship at any time. Failure to
provide satisfactory proof may result in cancellation of the booking
without refund.
- Travel arrangements for Minors
(especially unaccompanied travel) are subject to the specific rules and
restrictions of the Third-Party Travel Provider (airline, hotel, etc.). It
is your responsibility to check and comply with those rules.
- We strongly recommend that
Minors under 18 do not travel unaccompanied internationally without
appropriate parental consent documentation and airline approval.
3.
Authority and Binding Effect
We rely on
the person making the booking having full authority to bind all travellers.
That person accepts these Terms (and the Third-Party terms) on behalf of the
entire party.
4.
Bookings, Accuracy, and Confirmation
- Bookings are subject to
availability and confirmation by the provider.
- Prices and availability are not
guaranteed until full payment and issuance of documents.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring all passenger
details exactly match official documents. Name mismatches may result in
denial of boarding, cancellation, or extra fees, with no liability
to us.
- Review all confirmations
immediately and report errors in writing without delay.
5.
Passports, Visas, Entry & Travel Documents
- It is your sole
responsibility to hold a valid passport (with sufficient validity —
usually at least 6 months beyond return), visas, ESTA, ETA, ETIAS, or
other authorisations for all destinations and transit points.
- We provide general information
only and accept no liability for inaccuracies or resulting losses,
fines, or denial of entry. Verify everything directly with official
sources.
- Travel documents must be checked
immediately. Errors must be reported promptly.
6.
Health, Vaccinations & Special Requirements
- You are solely responsible for
all health requirements, vaccinations, and documentation.
- Special/medical requests (e.g., special meals, seating,
mobility aids, power access, room types, or disabled access) are passed on
as a courtesy only. Accommodation is at the sole discretion of the
Third-Party Provider and cannot be guaranteed by us.
- Consult a medical professional
in advance.
7. Travel
Insurance
We strongly
recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical
emergencies, repatriation, and all planned activities. We can arrange policies,
but the contract is between you and the insurer.
8. Travel
Advice & Risks
Check www.smartraveller.gov.au
regularly, register with DFAT, and monitor updates. You travel at your own risk
and accept responsibility for all decisions based on the latest information.
9.
Prices, Payments, Taxes & Fees
- All prices are in AUD and
subject to change until full payment.
- Airline, airport, and city taxes are subject to change and
confirmed at ticket issuance. Any increases are your responsibility.
- Our service/booking fees are non-refundable.
- A separate service fee applies
for processing any refund or change request.
- Credit/debit card surcharges
apply where relevant. Cash payments are limited per federal legislation.
- We may receive commissions,
incentives, or other remuneration from providers (we are not required to
disclose the nature or amount).
10.
Changes, Cancellations, Refunds & Ticket Expiry
- All changes, cancellations, and
refunds are governed strictly by the Third-Party Provider’s policies
(which may impose up to 100% fees).
- Our service/booking fee is non-refundable in all
circumstances.
- A separate service fee will
apply for
processing any refund or change request.
- Ticket validity is typically 3,
6, or 11 months from the date of issue (varies by airline and fare
rules). It is your responsibility to check and comply with the
exact expiry date.
- Submit requests in writing by
email before the ticket expires. Refunds may take 12+ weeks.
- You indemnify us for any
provider fees or liabilities arising from your changes/cancellations.
11.
Airport Attendance, Check-in Times & Reconfirmation
- It is your sole responsibility to arrive at the airport with
sufficient time for check-in, security, immigration, and customs.
- Recommended minimum check-in
times (always
confirm directly with the airline as they may vary):
- Domestic flights: at least 2
hours before departure.
- International flights: at least
3–4 hours before departure.
- We strongly recommend you reconfirm
all flights with the airline 72–24 hours prior to departure.
Schedule changes can occur without notice.
- Failure to check in on time or
reconfirm may result in cancellation with no refund. We accept no
liability for missed flights or related costs.
12.
Schedule Changes
Airlines may
change schedules, routes, or cancel flights without notice. It is your
responsibility to check for updates directly with the airline. We are not
liable for any inconvenience, additional costs, or missed connections caused by
schedule changes.
13. Force
Majeure
We are not
liable for any failure, delay, or loss caused by events beyond our reasonable
control (including pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, weather,
supplier insolvency, war, terrorism, or natural disasters).
14. Our
Liability & Disclaimers
To the
maximum extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law):
- We exclude all liability for any
loss, damage, delay, injury, disappointment, or expense arising from
Third-Party Providers, Travel Products, or events beyond our control.
- Our total liability is limited
to the remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law for our
Booking & Advisory Services only.
- Nothing excludes non-excludable
consumer guarantees.
15.
Monies Not Held on Trust
All monies
paid to us become our property and are not held on trust for you. They may be
held in any account we choose and become due to the provider once arrangements
are made.
16.
Privacy
We handle
your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy
Act 1988 (Cth). By booking, you consent to collection, use, and disclosure
(including to overseas providers) as set out in the Privacy Policy, which is
available on our website.
17.
General
- These Terms may be updated; the
version on our website at the time of booking applies.
- Governed by the laws of New
South Wales. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts.
- You warrant you are at least 18
years old (or have parental/guardian authority as per Section 2).
Acknowledgment You acknowledge that you have read
and accept these Terms, understand the risks of travel, and rely on your own
due diligence. Our role is limited to agency services.
By
proceeding with any booking or using our services, you confirm full acceptance
of these Terms and Conditions.
